My name is Ashley & I'd love to talk w/you re: childcare needs I currently work as a sub paraeducator, (2019-present) a sub preschool teacher (2024-present) & with 2 families on Care. After graduating from UCD, I obtained my MA in Early Childhood Education (CCLS). I worked in peds for ~ 8 yrs, specifically focusing on I/T & preparing children for surgery. I have 2 children & I bring yrs of professional & personal experience caring for children of all ages & developmental stages. I have extensive experience working w/ neurodivergent children, twins & preemies. I am infant/child/adult CPR, AED & First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, a non-smoker & I love animals. My philosophy in working w/ children is to provide a safe, fun, & + learning environment using various modes of expression. I believe play is the language of children & I support the process over producing a product. I scaffold learning by encouraging children to try for themselves B4 doing it for them. TY
