About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as reliable, easy-going and attentive. I like working with kids because I believe kids are honest and genuine with "no filter" because it just hasn't fully formed. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility and consistency. I started working with kids at the age of 12 or 13 watching over my siblings after school. I have been educated and worked in many different positions and roles in the field of caregiving and education. In my spare time, I like to create arts and crafts. I enjoy reading, scrapbooking and watching all types of movie genres. One thing you should know about me is I do not take liberties. I will try to the best of my ability to do exactly as I am expected. My child care skills include creative arts, cooking/preparing food, positive reinforcement, and age appropriate education skills.
