Holland was a part-time nanny for our family. She was wonderful! She played with our three year old daughter and was always very engaging. One thing I especially appreciated is that she was not on her phone much or at all while taking care of our daughter. They had a ton of fun playing games, going outside, and coloring. She was very reliable and easy to work with.
