About Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a recent Ph. D. graduate. I studied public health with a focus in child well-being and maltreatment prevention. I have about 1 year of experience. I have cared for children sporadically throughout the years, from cousins to my friends' children. They have ranged in age from newborns to 14 years old. I love kids and considered myself to be a kid at heart :) In 2013, I even acted as a Fairy Godmother in Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Walt Disney World for 6 months. Currently, I volunteer bimonthly in the nursery of Passion City Church, caring for 1. 5 to 3-year-old kids. We play games, sing songs, read books, and nap together! I have loved serving my church and community this way. I have joined Care. com to expand my service area and help even more loving families!
