About Paola

Hi there! I'm Paola, I'm 23, and I am passionate about working with children. Coming from Brazil, I naturally bring a warm, caring, and energetic approach to childcare. I consider myself a very hardworking and reliable person. With over 10, 000 hours of experience in both Brazil and the United States, I am comfortable with all ages and routines. Whether it's playing, helping with homework, or simply ensuring a safe environment, I am here to help! I have great references from the family I currently work for here in the U. S. I'd describe my personality as Hardworking, Nurturing and Reliable. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. In Brazil, I chose a specialized Teacher Training Program for my high school education. This program gave me a strong foundation in child psychology, educational milestones, and cognitive development, which is where I truly fell in love with working with children.
