About Ashley

Hi I'm Ashley! I'm currently studying Integrative Neuroscience and Latin American and Caribbean Area Studies. I went to St. Francis Preparatory School and graduated in 2023 with a 4. 0 GPA. I'm able to tutor and work with children in grades K-12, as I volunteered as a homework helper with elementary school children. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, so I understand how our brains work, especially when we are younger. I also worked with children on the spectrum and found ways for us to stay engaged and happy as we learn. I like tutoring because I like to see others happy and proud that they have grasped a concept they never thought they would. One thing you should know about me is I am very sociable and love to talk! My skills include being adaptable to fit their needs, being patient and understanding when someone gets frustrated, and taking decompression breaks to relax and talk about what we learned .
