About Ashley

Making a difference in people's lives is my passion, and it's why I've dedicated the last three years to providing compassionate care for adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to support families by offering a reliable care option for their loved ones. I strive to understand each individual's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I provide live-in care, transportation, and assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I have some college education, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I also speak Spanish.
