About Ashley

As a patient and creative individual with eight years of experience, I find great fulfillment in nurturing and caring for children. My passion for working with kids stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting their lives. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring a consistent and harmonious environment for the child. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that make learning fun. With my First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Certified Nursing Assistant background, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that arises.
