About Ashley

Caring for seniors is more than a job to me, it is my passion. I began working as a caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant at 19 and have more than 16 years of hands-on experience. I specialize in dementia care, which is personal to me because I cared for my grandmother throughout her journey with dementia. I am CPR/BLS trained, certified in medication assistance, and experienced with personal care, mobility support, diabetes, heart failure, and overnight safety monitoring. Working at Grady has strengthened my skills and taught me how important dependable, attentive care truly is. My faith guides me to serve others with patience, kindness, and a genuine heart. I enjoy being a companion, listening to seniors share stories about their younger years, and helping them feel safe and understood. I look forward to becoming part of a new family and providing excellent care for your loved one.
