Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. I'm a dedicated caregiver with three years of experience supporting adults and seniors. My goal is to promote their well-being and independence. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I focus on understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
