About Shania

Hello my name is Shania. I am 26 years old. When I was in college I worked at DHS with seniors and people with disabilities. I was an in home caregiver part time. I have 6 years of experience with working with seniors who have dementia, are in a wheelchair, and immune compromised. I was a companion and housekeeper. Some of the duties required of me was running errands, picking up prescriptions and making sure my clients got the medication they needed at the correct times of the day. I also did meal prep, bathing, cleaning, nightly routines. One thing I love about caregiving is building relationships and hearing peoples stories! I believe in caring for those who have done so much for this country and have played a part in our communities! I would love the opportunity to serve on you or your loved ones that need care!
