About Ashley

I am currently a junior in college majoring in Computer Science, and I have always enjoyed helping students build confidence in school, especially in math. I currently tutor an 11-year-old sixth grader in math as part of my childcare responsibilities, helping with homework, studying, and understanding new concepts in a patient and supportive way. I also have years of prior tutoring experience dating back to when I was in middle school myself. Over the years, I've helped younger students with math, homework support, organization, and study skills. I understand that every child learns differently, and I always try to make learning less stressful and more encouraging. My goal is to help students not only improve academically, but also feel more confident in their abilities.
