About Ashley

I have over 20 years of caregiving experience and currently serve as a Program Manager supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting. I bring strong leadership, reliability, and hands-on care experience to every client I support. I am CPR and First Aid certified and trained in medication administration. I have experience caring for individuals with dementia, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, and other complex needs. My skills include assistance with daily living, Hoyer lifts, transfers, mobility support, and monitoring for changes in health. I am committed to providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care while helping individuals maintain dignity and quality of life.
