I have been babysitting for well over 20 year but have been helping take care of kids my whole life. I am a licensed Elementary School teacher and have been teaching for over 10 years. I am currently a 2nd grade teacher but u have experience in every grade in elementary. I love helping kids learn, the lightbulb moment of when they understand something is what makes teaching so rewarding. I am most recently a mom to two. I love seeing all that they discover and enjoy. We speak Spanish in our household and I spent much of my teaching career in Peru teaching students English. I have a masters degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I hired Ashley for a night out. I am a single mommy of two boys 8 & 9. I met Ashley prior to her coming out and I was immediately at ease with her. She was extremely punctual, open, talkative, polite, kind, and intelligent. I felt very comfortable leaving my boys with her. When I came home after my night out my boys had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and one was "when is she coming back?" My youngest (diagnosed ASD, DMDD, anxiety, and depression) doesn't trust very easily and is very intuitive. Once he talked about Ashley and was radiant about her personality, I knew we had found a new babysitter! Not to mention, a week later was my birthday and she remembered and sent me well wishes, showing she listened and was truly kind hearted! I can honestly say your family will be very satisfied with Ashley and will be looking forward to having her back again!
