Reliable and experienced childcare provider with 10+ years of hands-on experience caring for children from newborns to older kids. My background includes long-term babysitting and nanny-style care, including overnight stays (up to 10 days). I've also worked as a Nurse Extern in a NICU and am a nursing student nearing graduation, bringing strong newborn/childcare skills, safety awareness, and the ability to recognize early signs of concern.
