About Ashley

I'm an experienced childcare and behavioral therapy professional with nearly five years of experience working with children, including children on the autism spectrum. Through my work, I've gained valuable experience supporting children's individual needs, managing challenging behaviors with patience and understanding, and creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning and development. Outside of my professional experience, I've also helped care for and raise my nephew, who is now 13, since he was born, as well as my 3-year-old niece. These experiences have helped strengthen my nurturing nature. A little about me, I'm patient, understanding, and caring I love making children laugh, connecting with their unique personalities, and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and confident. I'm hoping to find a wonderful family looking for reliable, caring, and consistent support. Building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents is important to me.
