About Ashley

With 20+ years professional childcare experience, I've built a career centered on creativity, emotional intelligence & genuine connection. I spent the past decade in LA as the Founder & Director of Paths & Pages, an outdoor mindfulness program focused on social-emotional learning & screen-free childhood. Before that, I worked as a forest school Pre-K teacher, professional house manager & career nanny. I've also coached softball, taught violin, tutored & mentored neurodivergent kiddos. Families describe me as playful, responsible, thoughtful & deeply engaging. Kids usually just call me "their friend Ash" (which I take as the highest compliment). I specialize in creating magical, meaningful, age-appropriate activities & love helping kids stay curious, grounded & connected (+ away from screens, because real life is way better). I live in NW Portland & consult PT for youth enrichment programs, but I genuinely miss the hands-on work with the kids!
