My name is Ashlei, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the child care field. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children across various developmental stages, fostering environments that promote learning, curiosity, and emotional growth. I believe in creating nurturing, engaging spaces where every child feels valued and supported. Outside the classroom, I'm happily married to my college sweetheart, and we're the proud parents of a bright and spirited 6-year-old daughter.
