Experienced Teacher & RBT | Special Education & Early Reading Support Hi! I'm Ashlay, a full-time teacher in Milton with professional experience in education, behavioral support, and child development. I'm also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me specialized experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and other educational and behavioral needs. I especially enjoy working with beginner readers and early elementary students. My goal is to make learning feel encouraging, engaging, and achievable while building both academic skills and confidence.
