Hello, my name is Asha! I have been a paid babysitter for 16 years and served abroad as an Au Pair (live in Nanny) in the Fiji Islands. I transitioned out of my career as Firefighter/EMT with the arrival of our precious baby girl several years ago and we have two little toddlers of our own that I stay home with. We have had the joy of meeting and working with several families of various ages/backgrounds since then. :) I love to encourage learning and active play outdoors. I am responsible, honest, and reliable. I am a licensed CPR/BLS AHA Instructor, Advanced EMT with +10 years working in the Emergency field, and a licensed CNA with +5 years hospice caregiving experience. I have a Bachelors in Public Health and am currently pursuing my Masters in Speech Language Pathology online. Asha is amazing with my kids! She's very interactive and encourages their imagination while playing. Even during the interview when we first met she included them in the conversation right away and I loved that. Our family isn't from this area and we're only here for a few months while my husband works and I was so worried when I needed to find childcare but Asha made me feel completely at ease and as a mom that is hard to come by! 15/10 do recommend :D
