About Arrianna

Hello! My name is Arrianna, and I truly believe in the power of empathy and connection. I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children as they grow and learn. Currently, I have the privilege of working at the YMCA, where I'm gaining valuable experience with infants, toddlers, early preschoolers, and school-age children. I strive to be a patient and understanding presence in their lives, always looking to find the unique strengths in each child, even when challenges arise. I hold strong to the belief that open communication creates a positive environment for everyone involved. I also have my own transportation, which allows me to be flexible and dedicated, and I am currently working towards my CDA to further enhance my skills in this rewarding field.
