About Lillianne

Fueled by a passion for children's growth, I'm eager to positively impact young lives. I have three years of experience caring for children and have worked with students from ages 3-18. I'm currently substitute teaching and have been thoroughly vetted to do so. I'm a Ferris State University student, and I will be student teaching in the fall! I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with kids. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for one-four children and can assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
