With over 20 years of dedicated experience in child care, I have had the privilege of supporting and nurturing children of all ages and abilities. A significant part of my journey has involved working closely with children with special needs, including those with cerebral palsy and autism. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of individualized care, adaptive learning strategies, and the importance of meeting each child where they are. Compassion is at the heart of everything I do. I approach each child with patience, empathy, and genuine kindness, recognizing that trust is the foundation of meaningful growth. Whether providing direct child care, assisting with daily routines, supporting developmental milestones, or encouraging social and emotional skills, I remain calm, attentive, and responsive to each child's needs. My mission is simple: to provide compassionate, understanding, and patient care.
