Arlinda cares deeply about the families she works with. Arlinda started working with us when our baby was just 3 months old and you can tell how deeply she cares for him and the connection they have. She thinks of new activities to engage with him, brings over toys / books that she found that he might like, and cares deeply about his well being and reaching developmental milestones. She has been great about a consistent nap routine with our son. She is extremely helpful around the house and proactive about finding things that need to be done. Our entire house is more organized, dishes and laundry are always done, and has been so helpful to have cooking/doing meal prep. Since Arlinda came into our life, all we have to focus on is being together as a family when we are done with work. We're going to miss her!
