With a BS in Business & Accounting, 3 years of experience, I create engaging and patient learning environments tailored to each student's unique needs. I vary my teaching strategies, such as visual aids and hands-on activities, while encouraging open communication and feedback. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples is something I enjoy. I also celebrate small successes. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and progress.
