About Ariana

For over 10 years and across industries, I've helped students, peers, and employees unlock their potential. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence by coaching students through thought. I create a supportive and patient environment where students understand the problem and the solution. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material, adapting my methods based on their needs and feedback. I also encourage open communication with parents to ensure we're all on the same page. I keep students motivated by celebrating small victories and breaking down complex topics. The most rewarding part of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence soar as they grasp new skills. I have an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, speak English and Spanish, and am comfortable working with students of all ages and levels in various subjects.
