About Arden

I am a caring and responsible individual with hands-on experience providing daily support, companionship, and medical assistance to my mother, who has a mental disability and ongoing health needs. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in patience, empathy, and communication. In addition to my caregiving experience, I have worked as an English teaching assistant and youth sports coach, which has deepened my ability to build trust, encourage independence, and create a positive, supportive environment for people of all ages. My background in fitness and health also allows me to assist with light exercise, mobility, and overall well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate companionship, helping with daily routines, and ensuring that those in my care feel safe, valued, and respected. I am very extroverted and love socializing. I also have a clean driving record and I am CPR certified.
