I am currently the Director of Care Management for a home health company, bringing over eight years of hands-on caregiving experience. My background includes working in home health, assisted living, and nursing home settings, where I have supported clients with a wide range of needs. My skills include brief changes, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and standing lifts, as well as medication reminders. I have experience caring for clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ALS, respite care, and other complex conditions, and I proud myself on always providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care.
