About Tracy

Hello , my name is Tracy. I'm a CNA I have many years of experience in healthcare. I've worked in assisted living, nursing home, memory care , independent living and in home care. I pride myself on my knowledge and work experience. I've been a personal care assistant for over 15 years and come highly recommended I offer professional/ personal references and make an impression anywhere I go. I'm very detailed I chart everything in a communication binder so that everyone is up to date with my clients everyday living. I'm a firm believer in meeting each client where they are that day. I get to know each client wants and needs and make sure I make the load lighter on the family as I feel the family focus on having time with their loved one while I take over personal care.
