Experience: 10 yrs
For around 11 years (6-7 of those being part time, the remainder being full time) I worked in and managed a special care facility in which we supporting folks ages 45 and up, in their healthcare needs & goals. These individuals lived with HIV and we supported their care in regards to medication adherence and medication education, and occasionally hospice care. I was a caregiver for the beginning of my time there, and as a supervisor would still jump in on short staffed days.
