About Apryl

I have worked with children since my teenage years. One of my first full time jobs was at a children's daycare. When I had children of my own, I did home daycare for a few years. I have now been a kindergarten para educator for 8 years at Mountain View Elementary in Broomfield. I'd describe my personality as patient, calm and flexible. I like working with kids because they have such enthusiasm for life and learning. I like helping them through challenges and problem solving. Also, helping them to feel safe and cared for. I'm looking for a job that is part time/flexible for the summer. I started working with kids when I was in high school and have on and off for most of my adult life. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. Also go out into nature and practice my photography. One thing you should know about me is I am very dedicated to the success of children. My skills include learning interventions, behavior interventions and calm down strategies.
