April took great care of my neighbors, a mother and daughter care giving case. She was professional, kind, compassionate, on time and went above and beyond each day. She always arrived with a smile and added a good sense of humor for them both. She did personal care for both, specialized care for the daughter who is an insulin dependent diabetic, on dialysis for end stage renal disease, has congestive heart disease and some mild cognitive impairment. She was a bright spot in their lives and worked well with me as I case managed. She was there when she was supposed to be and didn't leave anything undone. She's a really hard worker, taking care of her client(s), as well as meeting their dietary needs and doing household maintainance. She's also good with pets!
