(Including but not limited to low sodium diet, diabetic diet, Dysphagia diet). I was well trained by my father's PCP as well as our hospice nurses in medication management, glucose monitoring , preparing and administering insulin, lifting and transfers, repositioning, catheter care. Able to do basic vitals. Have top of the line lift belts, bp monitor. I am a good listener, enjoy chatting and love hearing the laughter of those around me. Easy going ... yet hard working. I cared for my dad 19 yrs until he passed this July. We had an amazing hospice team and now I'd like to care for someone else's family member and sort of pay it forward and help provide the quality of care, kindness, safety and security that was shown to my father.
