My name is April , and I am an educator available for full time nanny work this summer and possibly part time in the fall. I've worked with Cincinnati Public Schools for 14 years, where nine of those years I've led classrooms from preschool to 6th grade, including behavior support and special education. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and manage diverse classrooms across multiple grade levels, including: Preschool Disability Kindergarten through 3rd Grade STRIDES (behavioral support) 2 years of 6th Grade Language Arts 5 months of 2nd Grade Math K through 6th Grade Librarian I have an Associate's and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on my teaching license. I'll be certified in CPR and First Aid soon, and I love planning activities that are fun, engaging, and age appropriate. I'm calm, dependable, and truly love working with kids of all ages.
