About Anya

Hi there! I'm Anya. I've had a love for childcare since I was little. My first job was babysitting for my math teacher's little boy, which inspired me to continue applying for jobs within the field. Over the years, I've held many titles, including Camp Counselor, Associate Toddler Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, and Nanny. I've loved and learned something from every single position I've held. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education and found that the benefits of children spending time outdoors greatly improves their development. With that being said, as a nanny, I really focus on activities that encourage growth and development. I provide a warm, supportive, and caring environment where kids can feel safe and trusted. I believe in positive communication to help the child feel heard and understood. I love being silly, doing arts and crafts, baking, coming up with creative games, and of course, getting outside!
