About Madeline

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic and personable. I like working with kids because kids are so imaginative and creative which makes working with them such a fun adventure. I also want to be able to be a positive influence who can support the kids and help them thrive. I'm looking for a job where I feel I can build a fun environment for the kids and where we can have clear communication on schedules. I started working with kids when I was 14. I've babysat for a few different families now and I've worked with a variety of kids including kids with disabilities. I've formed a bond with all the families and truly enjoyed every babysitting job I've had. In my spare time, I like to go for long runs and walks, rock climbing, hanging out with my friends and spending lots of time outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I love outdoor activities like hikes, going to the park and paddleboarding. My skills include strong communication, patience and creativity.
