About Anya

I'd describe my personality as patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic. I love helping students develop confidence in themselves and as they gain a greater understanding of content and learn new strategies for approaching work. I started tutoring math as a junior in high school and continued all through college. I was also an AT for introductory Spanish courses in college. In my spare time, I like to bake, complete puzzles, and locate new coffee shops. One thing you should know about me is that I have a lot of experience working with kids who have a variety of different learning styles. I am always happy to be flexible and alter my teaching approaches to best meet each individual child's needs.
