I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over six years of experience in childcare and special needs support. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of developmental, physical, and cognitive needs and approach care with patience, structure, and empathy. I previously served as a mentor in a college program supporting adults with special needs, focusing on independence, confidence, and daily life skills. I also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, strengthening my ability to build trust and provide consistent support. Caregiving has always been part of my life. Two of my siblings have special needs, and I supported their care part-time throughout my life. I am also a former CNA who worked during COVID, giving me a strong medical foundation and comfort with personal care.
