I have over 25 years experience, as a babysitter, nanny, preschool teacher, before and after school caregiver, camp counselor for those with special needs, tutor, and 1:1 aide. I originally received training at the preschool owned and operated by Princeton University, and I have also worked for the United Cerebral Palsy of NY. I have a B. A. in English Literature and Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. We were so excited after our phone interview with Annika, truly a great conversation... but she cancelled both times when we had scheduled to meet in-person to see if she'd be a good fit for a long term nanny role. Her background sounds amazing, but we need someone that can dependably show up.
