About Annika

I work for Seattle Public Schools as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. I have over 25 years experience, as a babysitter, nanny, preschool teacher, before and after school caregiver, camp counselor for those with special needs, tutor, and 1:1 aide. I originally received training at the preschool owned and operated by Princeton University, and I have also worked for the United Cerebral Palsy of NY. I have a B. A. in English Literature and Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. My goal is to make sure the children in my care have a great day, every day, to teach them that they have a voice, and that everything they feel and think is important, so they can strive to reach their full potential.
