I hold a degree in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University. After graduating, I spent two years as a full-time private caregiver / house manager for a young woman with a cognitive disability. Beyond the household management - I was her go-to person, supporting her life skills and emotional well-being. It wasn't just a job; she felt like family. I then worked as a Registered Behavior Technician and later as a Senior Living Advisor - both deepening my ability to communicate, organize, and show up for people who need it most.
