I grew up babysitting for kids that had autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD and some limited mobility. Because of my love of working with them as a teenager I love to play, and my priority will be to build rapport, help with communication/getting needs met. I have seen many different maladaptive behaviors and I am not phased by them. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone, no matter what their special needs may be, to have a good time. I am attentive, curious and creative and am passionate about creating or facilitating experiences of joy, learning, and growth.
