About Anne

I am a registered nurse by trade but have a variety of experiences that would allow me to encourage gains in musical skill and confidence in students. I received my bachelors in history and a minor in Spanish at the University of Minnesota. I then returned to school in later years to complete my bachelors in nursing. I took piano lessons for nine years myself, and have taught piano lessons to elementary aged students for four years. I have worked with children in a variety of settings: taught English as a second language in a non profit setting tutored middle school students during my college years at a local middle school worked at various sports camps with elementary aged students through the YMCA I have not taught piano for a few years, but am looking forward to getting back into it. I would love to be a part of helping your child learn to love music. I believe that piano is a perfect way to open up avenues to music in the future.
