I hold two college degrees, one in Economics and one in Nursing. I am a registered nurse who is not presently employed due to an ankle injury I suffered several months ago. Although I have no formal experience in tutoring, I am self-taught in many areas of my life. My approach to learning is to absorb it, talk through it and really understand it. Making practical, real-life analogies is always helpful in trying to understand an abstract theory. An easy example would be using math to go furniture shopping. Suddenly measurements are relevant!
