I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential and achieve academic success. With three years of experience tutoring students in elementary, middle, and high school, I've developed a knack for tailoring my approach to each individual's learning style. I actively listen and observe how students interact with new material, then vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. I believe communication is essential, so I keep students and parents informed of progress and create a collaborative environment. I also connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate small successes to keep students motivated. I hold Individualized Education Programs (IEP) certification. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I am comfortable tutoring in various settings and can assist with a wide range of subjects.
