About Mira

My approach is flexible and relationship-driven. I adapt strategies as needed, encourage open communication, and collaborate closely with families to ensure students feel supported and successful. One example of this work involved a hands-on brook stream study that connected science and math: students created maps, collected real data on macroinvertebrates, and applied place value skills to analyze their findings--making abstract concepts meaningful and memorable. I am CPR and First Aid certified and deeply committed to helping children grow not only academically, but as confident, capable learners who care about what they're learning.
