About Anna

I have 16 rewarding years of teaching, tutoring, babysitting, and supervising experience in home environments, schools, and non-profit organizations alike. I'm also a longtime pet sitter with a loyal clientele. Outside of my private caretaking jobs, I serve the YMCA as a Teen Program Director. I always practice mindfulness, patience, and positive reinforcement while working with children. I make a point to stay off of my phone unless necessary for the job and I prioritize hands-on fun and relationship-building over screen time. As a casual artist myself, I can teach your children embroidery, photography, art, and music. With regard to discipline, I follow the expectations set for me by my clients while always approaching the situation from a place of empathy.
