About Annaliese

Hi! I am a junior at UTK. I want to be a child psychologist for children with mental disorders and disabilities. I have taken child development, child and family studies, behavioral neuro, and many psych courses at UTK. Being around kids is what brings be the most joy: from bottle feeding to playing imaginary princesses to running around outside. My entire life I've grown up taking care of children. I have three nephews, two of which have Autism, and I have taken care of them each as they grow up. I am well versed in how to care for infants. I worked at the LifeTime Kids Academy (daycare) for about a year. It included kids from 3 months and up. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant, so I know how to give CPR, the heimlich, and what do to in a variety of emergencies. I've been personally babysitting a variety of kids for the past 6 years now, and each relationship I make with the child is the most important and beautiful part of this job.
