About Annalese

Hi! I'm a licensed elementary teacher with experience teaching multiple grade levels and am also certified to teach Algebra I. I've worked extensively with English Language Learners, students with disabilities, and children with a variety of behavioral and learning needs. I tutor reading, phonics, writing, and math, and I personalize every session to meet each child's unique needs and learning style. One of my favorite parts of teaching is helping learning finally "click" and watching students gain confidence. I also believe that building a positive relationship with each student is just as important as academic growth. I prioritize open communication with families and provide regular updates on progress, strengths, and skills we're working toward. My goal is for every session to be engaging, encouraging, and leave your child excited to keep learning!
