Marlene is a amazing woman with the heart of a saint. She worked for us for about 4 months taking care of both of my parents and helping us pack up their house to move them to Chicago with me. She went above and beyond in everything she did. She has a very calm and soothing personality which really helped all of us during a very stressful time in our lives. She did everything for my parents and then some. I caught her sitting numerous times with each of them just talking to them. But more importantly she actually listened to them. She was truly interested in each one of them and the stories they wanted to share. She followed all the instructions re blood pressure dietary needs and medications and charting. If she had a concern or question she didn't hesitate to talk to me and help me figure out the best course of action. We all looked forward to seeing her walk through the door with a smile on her face. My only complaint about her is that she wouldn't move to Chicago with us. If you want a loving caring and honest person to take care of your loved ones look no further. She set the bar very high and for that I am grateful. I only wish I could find someone as amazing as here here in Chicago.
