About Anna

I'm passionate about childcare and have years of hands-on experience working with children as a Girl Scout camp counselor and elementary school volunteer. As a camp counselor, I supervised children throughout full 8-hour days and led activities including crafts, cooking and music classes, as well as outings to water parks. At my local elementary school, I worked one-on-one with students to support their reading and writing skills. Last semester I also completed a study abroad trip where I taught English to a 1st grade classroom. I led a room of ~20 children in fun, instructional activities. I cooperated with the school principal and teachers to help create an involved curriculum. I love creating fun, hands-on experiences for kids and am excited to bring that experience to families in my local community! life.
